Up for auction on eBay was the last prototype of a Sky Commuter Aircraft from the 1980's, a 2-seater that could fly you to work, not bigger than a compact car. It was designed to take off vertically and soar over traffic...and it's versatile, too--it can land on, float on, and take off from water!
